I have enjoyed assisting adults and students explore and obtain their occupational goals, in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area, for 20 years.  My experiences include:

• Providing assessment, job development
  
• Career guidance to consumers
• Providing the business community a variety of services, such as:
  

                      -Job analysis

                      -Productivity review and re-training

                      -Staff training regarding team building, disability awareness, and staff development. 

In addition, I have been honored to work with the business community in the education and hiring of persons with disabilities and providing vocational evaluations and assessments to consumers. I have also presented at various conferences and seminars on a variety of vocational topics, including:
